I am very fortunate to work with such dedicated, innovative and caring staff members, parents and students.  I find each day an adventure filled with new experiences, learning for all, and a chance to constantly widen our horizons. I must admit that on many days it is the students who make my day a little brighter.

         At Doon Public school, the growth of each individual student is our focus. We recognize that as we ‘work together and learn together’ students will be best able to achieve their potential.  Expectations for our students are high.  We firmly believe that every girl and boy can experience success and go on to graduate as a responsible, resilient and confident young adult, well prepared to take charge of their future and to become a productive member of the community.

Our curriculum and practices are consistently reviewed to ensure that we are following the most updated best practices, meeting all regulations, and addressing the future needs of our students. The technology, We used for teaching is up to date. We provide smart classes, wifi campus, digital library, computer lab, language lab, science lab, ATL for students. We emphasis on practical work as students can learn better by practicing.

           The students at Doon Public school are offered many opportunities to explore their interests and investigate new ideas. Students can innovate their own ideas in ATL( Atal Tinkering Lab). It builds up the self confidence and motivation in students.

                           We offer many activities and sports that our students can participate in. Special coaches are available for a particular sport.The students are encouraged to take part in all the internal and external events and are given enough guidance and practice before being exposed to the competitions.

           We are also proud of our Class X results. All the students who appeared for the AISSE, have scored good Marks. Our school result is always 100% and we pledge to be continuing it.

Our students, when they passed out from Doon Public school, would be well equipped with the skills, mind sets and qualities that will best enable them to strive for success in the world of the future. Our children are intelligent, resilient, creative, imaginative, disciplined, respectful, ethical and would remain dedicated to life-long learning. With the nurturing they get from the school they would definitely become the future leaders and role models of society.
